These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.learnwithshrinidhi.com and your enrolment in any course offered by Shrinidhi Language Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By enquiring, enrolling or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. The academy
Shrinidhi Language Academy is an online and offline language education service operated by Shrinidhi Hande, headquartered at Shrinidhi Language Academy, Erandwane, Pune - 411004, Maharashtra. We currently teach Sanskrit and German across various levels - 45-day crash courses, Olympiad preparation, school-curriculum support and CEFR-aligned A1 to B1 batches.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol on your behalf and accept these Terms.
3. Enrolment and payment
- Course fees are listed on each course page on our website. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
- For "Paid" courses, full payment is collected via Razorpay at the time of enrolment.
- For "Enquiry" courses, an admissions officer will share fees and a payment link after the initial conversation.
- Your seat is confirmed only once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to revise fees at any time. Already-enrolled students are not affected by mid-batch fee changes.
4. Class delivery
- Most classes are conducted live online over Zoom or Google Meet. Some workshops may be offline at our Erandwane (Pune) studio.
- You will receive class schedules, joining links and worksheets via email and/or WhatsApp.
- If you miss a live class, the recording will be shared within 12-24 hours.
- We reserve the right to reschedule a class with reasonable notice.
- Minimum batch size may apply. If a batch does not reach the minimum size, we will offer a refund or moving you to the next batch.
5. Code of conduct
All students agree to:
- Treat fellow learners and the teacher with respect.
- Not record, share or distribute class recordings, worksheets, presentations or other course material without our written consent.
- Not abuse the WhatsApp groups for spam, promotion or unrelated content.
- Not share login credentials with anyone outside the enrolled student.
We may, at our discretion, remove a student from a batch for serious misconduct, with or without refund (depending on the nature of the violation).
6. Intellectual property
All course material - syllabi, worksheets, recordings, slides, audio, vocabulary lists, certificates and the teaching methodology itself - is the intellectual property of Shrinidhi Language Academy. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them for your own learning during and after the course. Resale, public sharing, screen recordings or republishing is strictly prohibited.
7. Certificates
Students who complete the course requirements (attendance, assessments and assignments as specified for that course) will receive a digital Certificate of Completion. Certificates are issued in good faith and acknowledge participation; they are not equivalent to government-issued language proficiency certificates such as Goethe-Institut certificates, unless explicitly stated.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation rules are detailed on our Refund Policy page. Please read it before enrolling.
9. Third-party services
We use Razorpay for payments, Zoom / Google Meet for live classes, and email / WhatsApp for communication. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We make our best effort to deliver high-quality teaching. However, results from a language course depend significantly on the student's own practice and effort. We do not guarantee specific exam scores, certifications, jobs or visa outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from any course shall not exceed the fee paid for that course.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver classes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet / power outages affecting both teacher and student, government restrictions, pandemics or strikes. In such cases we will reschedule classes at no additional cost.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage you to first reach out to us informally - most issues can be resolved with a single conversation.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
